Give a hula hooping class a try! Your first class is FREE! Monday nights is a drop-in Hoopnotica Fit and Flow class. Stacy will guide you through a fun all level class.
Hoopin and Groovin will also come to you!! Host a hoop making workshop, then learn to hoop. Or, have a girls night out (or couples) and learn to hoop together with friends!
